Refund Policy

At Yesterday’s Vintage, we take pride in curating unique, pre-loved fashion. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or style.

We will issue a refund only if an item is:

  • Faulty (i.e., significantly damaged beyond what was described)
     

  • Incorrect (i.e., not the item you ordered)
     

  • Misdescribed (e.g., major flaws not shown or listed)
     

If this applies:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
     

  2. Email ()()()( with:
     

    • Your name & order number
       

    • A description of the issue
       

    • Clear photos showing the fault or error
       

Once reviewed, if eligible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account.

Items are vintage and pre-owned; natural wear and small flaws are part of their charm and not considered faults.
 

All listings include detailed photos and descriptions — please read carefully before purchasing.
 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made a mistake.
